Le 14 octobre 2018 auront lieu les élections communales en Belgique, un moment démocratique important au niveau le plus proche des citoyens. Les élections communales sont accessibles en Belgique aux citoyens de plus de 18 ans de nationalité européenne et aux ressortissants non européens (résidant depuis minimum 5 ans en Belgique).
Pour pouvoir participer, il faut s’inscrire auprès du service de la population de l’administration communale avant le 31 juillet 2018 en déposant un formulaire d’inscription (disponible ci-dessous). Plus d’informations sont disponibles sur le site elections.fgov.be .
Une opportunité de pouvoir exprimer sa voix et participer ainsi à la démocratie locale.

Oudergemse burgers van alle landen: ga stemmen!
Zowel EU-onderdanen als mensen van buiten de Europese Unie kunnen gaan stemmen op de gemeenteraadsverkiezingen van 14 oktober 2018. Hoe meer mensen hun stem uitbrengen, hoe beter voor de lokale democratie.
Niet-Belgen moeten wel een extra inspanning doen: om te kunnen stemmen moet u zich inschrijven bij de Dienst Bevolking van de gemeente vóór 31 juli 2018 met het ingevulde inschrijvingsformulier dat u kunt downloaden op de site van de gemeente: www.schaarbeek.be (EU citizen – Non-EU citizen en hieronder). Inwoners van buiten de EU moeten op het ogenblik van de indiening van de aanvraag 5 jaar ononderbroken hun wettelijke hoofdverblijfplaats in België hebben.

The municipal elections will take place on Sunday October 14 in Belgium. This is a major democratic moment at the closest level for citizens. The municipal elections are open to over-18 of age non-Belgian EU citizens and non-EU foreigners (resident for min. 5 years in Belgium) but they must register before July 31, 2018.
To do so, you need to fill in the form (here under) and hand it over to your local municipal administration (Service de la population/Dienst Bevolking).

Il 14 ottobre 2018 si terranno le elezioni municipali in Belgio, che rappresentano un importante momento di democrazia per tutti i cittadini.
Alle elezioni comunali possono partecipare tutti coloro che hanno un età superiore ai 18 anni, di cittadinanza europea e non (residenti però da almeno 5 anni in Belgio).
Per partecipare è necessario registrarsi presso il servizio on line dell’amministrazione comunale prima del 31 luglio 2018, compilando un apposito formulario, disponibile qui di seguito.

Twój głos ma znaczenie!
W niedzielę 14 października 2018 roku w Belgii odbędą się wybory samorządowe. To ważny moment dla demokracji na najbliższym ludziom szczeblu lokalnego samorządu. Głosować mogą wszyscy mieszkańcy powyżej 18 roku życia, także osoby, które nie mają belgijskiego obywatelstwa, zarówno z krajów należących do Unii Europejskiej, jak i spoza (pod warunkiem, że mają status rezydenta od co najmniej 5 lat). Muszą jednak zarejestrować się do 31 lipca 2018 roku.
Aby się zarejestrować, trzeba wypełnić poniższy formularz i dostarczyć go do lokalnej administracji miejskiej (Service de la population/Dienst Bevolking).

Pe 14 octombrie 2018, votăm pentru alegerile municipale. Toți cetățenii europeni cu vârsta peste 18 ani și cetățenii din afara UE care locuesc în Belgia de mai mult de 5 ani pot vota.
Pentru a participa, trebuie să vă înregistrați la municipalitate înainte de 31 iulie 2018 prin formularul de mai jos. Mai multe informații pe site …. Aceasta este o oportunitate de a da opinia la nivel local.

El 14 de octubre 2018 tendrán lugar las elecciones municipales en Bélgica, una ocasión importante para la democracia al nivel más próximo del ciudadano, el ayuntamiento. En estas elecciones todos los ciudadanos de más de 18 años de nacionalidad europea tienen derecho al voto y los no europeos deben de estar registrados en Bélgica desde al menos cinco años.
Para poder participar, es necesario inscribirse en el servicio de la populación del ayuntamiento antes del 31 de julio 2018, llevando el formulario de inscripción (incluido en el artículo) debidamente completado y firmado. Participar en la democracia local mediante el voto constituye una oportunidad de poderse expresar y hacer entender su voz.
